Requirements and Responsibilities

• Drive AI Innovation: Contribute to strategic decisions on new AI features for our upcoming game.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver groundbreaking projects.
• Automate & Enhance: Empower development and design teams by implementing AI/ML automation solutions.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a top-tier AI team within the company.

About You

‍

• Advanced Degree: Hold a Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Industry Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience applying statistics and machine learning to tackle difficult situations in development environments.
• AI/ML Engineering Background: Minimum of 2 years as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Generative AI Expertise: Proven experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Production Integration: Skilled in deploying machine learning models into production, with a solid grasp of ModelOps/MLOps.
• Python Pro: Strong Python coding abilities.
• Cloud Experience: Practical experience with cloud services, especially AWS.
• Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English.
• Remote Collaboration: Capable of thriving in a remote team setup.

Additional, desirable skills include:

• Familiarity with Unity: Prior experience with the Unity development environment.
• Mobile App Savant: Worked with mobile-based game development teams in the past.
• Multiplayer Experience: Led or participated in multiplayer-focused projects for mobile.
