Responsibilities and Requirements

As the Executive Producer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and directing all facets of project development and execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the game achieves exceptional standards of quality, innovation, and player satisfaction. This position demands strategic leadership, creative vision, and operational proficiency to deliver a successful and engaging gaming experience.

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the development team through all phases of the game's lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor a team of producers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Develop and manage the project budget and timeline, ensuring compliance with schedules and financial limitations.
• Maintain the studio's quality standards by implementing thorough QA processes and protocols.
• Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior management, publishers, and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless project execution.
• Encourage innovation and creativity within the team to produce distinctive gameplay experiences and features.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and player preferences to guide strategic decision-making.

About You

‍

• Demonstrated success as an Executive Producer or equivalent senior role on at least one AAA title.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and driving teams to reach challenging objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the foresight to anticipate future trends and opportunities in the gaming industry.
• Proficient in game development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Deep passion for gaming and a thorough understanding of what makes a captivating gaming experience, especially in the sports genre.
